    Question Car Loan From Tata Motors Finance

    Hi Sir,

    I Avijeet Singh is running a business of Tours & Travels and have been using lots of Tata Cars since 6 years, Many of my commercial cars have been running a loan from various banks & from Tata Motor Finance in my company’s name- A.S.S. Travels.

    I feel very depressed that I’ve been facing many difficulties with one of my car loan, which is running with Tata Motor finance company. The car number is DL1YA 6882 (Commercial Car). This car got financed in the year 2006. Initially till 2 years we didn’t faced any problem but after 2 years, we received a call from their collection department in the month of Nov. 2008, that one of our EMI is pending. We were surprised to hear that, then I went to meet the collection agent in Kanchanjunga Bldg., Barakhambha Road (Mr. Sanjay Rana). There I came to know that our Jan 07 instalment is pending and for Jan 2007 EMI, these people are calling the customer after 2 years. But as per the schedule which was received from Tata Motors our instalment should start from feb. 07. but as per Mr. Sanjay our instalment started from Jan 07. Then we came to a conclusion that it will start from Jan 07 and end in Nov. 09. Then we deposit a cheque of the Instalment of Rs. 9195 to them as it's a 36 months Instalments.

    And now again, in the month of March 09, we have received a call from their collection department that one March 08 EMI is pending. Again after one year these people called us in March 09. This is really repulsive and disgusting and it’s just harassment to the customers. They people have been calling me again and again for the pending instalment which is not pending as per our Accounts/ Records and asking for the Interest too.

    I've many times forwarded the complaint to their customer care e-mail ID but haven't received any response from them.

    Kindly suggest, what should I do now. I really want to close this issue ASAP as it's just harassment to my familiy members and me.

    Default Wrong deposit of PDC after prepayment of loan

    I had taken a Car loan for Vehicle no UP 32AE 3225 on 7-7-2000 from Maruticountrywide for a period of 3 years. In Feburary 2002 I decided to prepay the loan and accordingly approached your lucknow office. The service was prompt. At that time I thought the matter had ended but I was sadly mistaken. Some time back when I applied for a consumer loan my application was rejected. Upon enquiry I was told that this was done as my 4 cheques from March 2002 to June 2002 had bounced and my cheque.

    Angry Complaint against recovery officer tata motors pusa road new delhi...name rajat dixit

    Dear Sir,

    This coomplaint is regarding wrong call made by one recovery officer of Tata Motors Mr. Rajat Dixit.

    Mr. Dixit called from Land line No. 011-43088226/27 to my wife's no. and asked for some Usha Rana, my wife denied that this is wrong no. and she is not Usha Rana but Shilpi Srivastava but again and again he called from 2 above given numbers and misbehaved like anything and used very inappropriate language.

    I like to inform that I did not own any TATA car till date for which my wife was harassed like any thing.

    In the evening when my wife told me the incident I personally called Mr. Dixit and tried to make him understand the real position which he was not ready to understand and our discussion turned in heated argument during which Mr. Rajat Dixit threatened that he will look me ashe is very powerful and threatened me like any thing.

    Listening my heated discussion my brother Arvind Shrivastava took the phone then he tried to make this person understand the situation but he was trying to show that he can do anything as he is very powerful being Recovery Officer.

    My Request is to please look into the matter as if Officers like Mr. Rajat Dixit will be in system persons like us who never bought car from TATA motors will never dare to do so.......

    Post LOAN OVERCHARGING And iiregularities

    have taken Car Loan no. CAR 972754 cONTRACT DATED 28/07/06 Rs 3 lac EMI RS 6600/ ECS ICICI BANK WITH 5 YEARS TERM AND PAID LAST INSTALMENT IN JULY 2011.
    In the process of payment by ECS in 5 years few ECS were not honoured because of ICICI rules ( They take cash in envelope and tranfer later ) server problem and once they told because of RBI ( reasons unknown to me ). I paid them charges levied agaist ECS of Rs 6600 monthly they charged extra Rs 450 / ( even ICICI charged me Rs 340 approx or more ). Sometimes they ( tata motars)have not charged Rs 450/ and I enquired but they avioded to give proper answer . Now after closure they have called me once asked to pay Approx rs 9000/ latert Rs 18000/ now they tell Rs 14000/ all verbal , when I asked to give Loan clause reference or in writing they are avoiding. I contacted theri dELHI office Mr Sanat he helped and directed matter but Faridabad Branch where the case is not giving any proper reply and since 10 th of October I called no. of times.I booked another car again TATA and ready to take loan and tried to convince them of bussiness deal etc. but they are just keeping mum. Even my IT of last 2 yeras is submitted to TATA distribitor which is cinvincing but nothing is deterring them .Please help me to solve the problem as per Loan contract.I have high regards for RBI Ombusman due to my past experience.

    Dear concerned

    Through this mail I would like to bring to your kind notice a fact which is causing much of inconvenience to me. I am sure that u will lend a patient ear to my story. It was 2007 when i became the owner of SUMO VICTA GX with Reg No. WB20H2005 via loan agreement no. 5000095052. the loan for the same was taken by me through one of your representatives at my office the complete documentation and procedures were done. At that moment i had only 19 No. of Cheques with me which were taken by your representative . It was also promised by your representative that he will collect the rest no. of cheques shortly. the total tenure of the loan was 60 months. All was fine but then no one turned up to collect the cheques. In the meantime a person from the office called up regarding the issue saying that payment was due and a representative of his collected the same from me. This now became a regular affair. At each time i used to request the representative (each time a new one) and also write on the receipts which he brought that pls make arrangements for taking up the rest of the cheques but to my request all turned a deaf ear. at last after quite sometime when this became a constant problem i decided to foreclose my loan. the amount which the authorities told me i paid the same within two working days.

    Now the problem which i have is that i am planning to take a business loan and as a result they asked for the statement of my car loan which states that most of my cheques are returned but as i have also told u before that i had only issued 19 cheques which had not returned. Hence i again visited your office at Hungerford STREET KOLKATA after listening to me the lady customer care officer apologized and said that she will forward a mail to CBIL so that my name can be removed from there.

    but that is quite a time taking affair and i not ready to wait for such a long period of time. i requested the lady also to forward the mail she was sending to my account but she refused saying it is not the policy.
    So i request you to take appropriate and quick action.
