Car Loan From Tata Motors Finance

Hi Sir,

I Avijeet Singh is running a business of Tours & Travels and have been using lots of Tata Cars since 6 years, Many of my commercial cars have been running a loan from various banks & from Tata Motor Finance in my company’s name- A.S.S. Travels.

I feel very depressed that I’ve been facing many difficulties with one of my car loan, which is running with Tata Motor finance company. The car number is DL1YA 6882 (Commercial Car). This car got financed in the year 2006. Initially till 2 years we didn’t faced any problem but after 2 years, we received a call from your collection department in the month of Nov. 2008, that one of our EMI is pending. We were surprised to hear that, then I went to meet the collection agent in Kanchanjunga Bldg., Barakhambha Road (Mr. Sanjay Rana). There I came to know that our Jan 07 instalment is pending and for Jan 2007 EMI, you people are calling the customer after 2 years. But as per the schedule which was received from Tata Motors our instalment should start from feb. 07. but as per Mr. Sanjay our instalment started from Jan 07. Then we came to a conclusion that it will start from Jan 07 and end in Nov. 09. Then we deposit a cheque of the Instalment of Rs. 9195 to them as it's a 36 months Installments.

And now again, in the month of March 09, we have received a call from their collection department that one March 08 EMI is pending. Again after one year these people called us in March 09. This is really repulsive and disgusting and it’s just harassment to the customers. They people have been calling us again and again for the pending instalment which is not pending as per our Accounts/ Records and asking for the Interest too.

I've many times forwarded the complaint in their cutomer care e-mail ID but haven't received any response from them.

Kindly suggest, what should I do now. I really want to close this issue ASAP as it's just a harassment to me and my familiy members.

Hello , I also face the nearly same problem, MR RAMAN RAJAN, ICICI BANK MAYO RD BANGALORE-25 080-51131877 I have already returned the a/c payee cheque to Miss Vaiyda of Mayo rd branch at Bangalore by registered post. I have kept a photocopy of the wrong cheque with me for any funny matters, MENTAL HARRASMENT AND NOT TO TALK OF MONEY WASTED ON TELEPHONES AND INTERNET USAGE

hello.. i have also faced the same issue with tata finance.. when i enquired.. they say they have charged amount for cheque bounce... cheque retainer charge.. and collection agency charges.. i request you to take this issue to the head of corporate communication... the tata finance employees are rude in their behaviours... i request everyone not to own.. any loan or buy any product from tata... If you do that.. you will have a hell of time.. facing these people... one of the worst product and service these people give... sick.. am so much frustrated.. i feel like sueing this company...

I had taken a car loan from tata finance for Honda city car no PB 10 BK 2566. I have never received a statement from the company in the last three years. however when the car's insurance expired, they werte very quick to call me up and even write to me to send them the fresh insurance. could somebody from the company advise me please? The company has all my details for contact.

We availed car loan from tata finance in 1999 for 1st Model tata indica delux model with power steering also. And we have cleared the car loan and we need to have that loan clearance certificate. Kindly advise to whom and where to apply for the same. Our car No: ap28 N 1889.

i have applied for car loan of tata indica vista in tata finance in jamnagar branch, 21/02/11 i have provide all the document they recquired ,
i was very much excited to buy a new car even my family ,
but till date 12/02/11, i have what is going on ,
because i have no idea that what they are doing ,i have now idea ,
till date i did not get ane responces wether loan is possible or not , finence person has not co-operated atall so i am upset about what is to be done with me so plz look after that , my contect number is 9033550331,89800035,
