Hi Sir/Ma'am,

On 2nd April 2010 I got the loan amount for old santro Car. They deduct 2500/- to transfer papers. Car was register on Ghaziabad RTO and I am living in Noida so Mr. Pandey (HDFC Executive) said you need to pay 2500/- cash more to transfer from Ghaziabad to Noida. I paid 2500/- for smooth transfer. After 2 months still I didn't get the RC papers from bank. I made thousands of phone calls. I am unable to drive my car without papers. I paid 5000/- for paper transfer then why should I face these kind of problem. May be I will get the paper with in 10-15 days. But what about my metal stress which I faced during last 2 months. I didn't get any letter from BANK. I don't know the loan account number etc.

Please advice and suggest how can I get the RC Papers soon and other papers and also How can I claim for my mental stress so Bank will also take some steps to correct these kind of mismanagement.
