Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a complaint on ICICI bank for not responding for my call and i myself have been calling the bank
person to close the Issue.
The issue is ,One of my friend (female) had owned a car (ZEN LXI Black)in 2008 with loan in ICICI bank.
She had paid almost the finance to the company . but she had a vry bad days from past 8 months and could
not pay the amount to the bank. so she has taken a sum of amount from me to her requirements and wanted
to sell the car to me. but when i called the bank they r least botherd to reply me.Pls help me how will i solve
the issue. the car has got damaged and it has an expence of more than 30 thousand. i am suffering now for
the unwanted issue and lost my money for no reason. As i am ready to clear the amount if i get less
preclosure amount.
