Initially I got a temporary registration number for the car.

For the next six months, I was not able to get the RC of the car.

Every day I call Mehak and asked about the RC and she told me that you will get it very soon.

Then I called the person “Mr Lalit” from “Orion Automobiles Private Limited” and he told me that there is some amount pending from HDFC

And unless he will get that amount, he will not give the RC.


This just kept on and on till Oct 2009, when after more than thousand calls, I finally got the car RC.


After that the next trouble began. I never received any document for the car loan.

Despite so many calls again to Mehak, I did not get any document regarding the loan. I just got the document regarding the details of my car loan account few days back.

Now suddenly I got a call few days back that the ECH of the EMI that bounced (8 months ago), so I need to pay around a thousand rupees or so for the same???

The HDFC Bank told me that the EMI was bounced because some ECH mandate issue was there and Payment stopped by Drawer for the next two months.

I never stopped the payment and don't know what the "ECH Mandate" issue means. I checked with my bank ICICI and they told me thAT it is HDFC Bank fault.
HDFC has been just humilating me for the last one year. First they delayed for five months in RX and now with this penalty for ECS.

Now they are making fun of me by calling after every few days and listening to the whole story and telling me that they will get back but no help till date.

I am completely disgusted with this. Its been an almost year that I have been suffering this trouble.

I have spend so much in all the telephone calls with Lalit and HDFC DSA people (Mr Jasmeet, Ms Mehak) and its been a nightmare till date.

Please help me.

This is Dr. Abbas Alam, I had applied a car loan whose number is 21703438. Mr. Yogesh is the RM of my case. Iam an employee of EXL PVT. LTD., NOIDA. Mr. Manoj, team member of RM Mr. Yogesh came to collect my papers last Saturday. now its been 7 days I had given my papers. and there is no positive response from their side and even they are not picking my call most of time and if at all they pick, as i just spoke to RM Mr Yogesh, he started shouting on me as if I am a beggar or thief. I AM REALLY ANNOYED WITH MISBEHAVE OF THESE THREE HDFC EMPLOYEES AND REQUEST HIGHEST AUTHORITIES TO STOP THEM FROM HARASSING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Dear sir I have taken a car loan from HDFC bank, loan agreement no 18432034, I have made full and final payment of the same on 01/10/2012 wide receipt no. 20106344. But still the bank has deducted my EMI as per earlier, they have exssesively blocked my money. They have not issued me NOC till date. Kindly look into the matter and ask the HDFC bank to return my money in the same account from where it has been deducted as I can't visit the bank againt and again to get cheque or draft due to my bussy schedule. Kindly ask them to stop such harrasment to the customers in future too.

Like this I have paid till this Oct 2012 and I am planning to preclose his loan, could you please suggest me for without preclose rates.

My name is ullas unnithan.last 2010 august i had taken one car loan from HDFC bank.I am living near kottarakkara,kollam(Dt),kerala.my loan no is 17093782.from the beggining,i got very bad experience from the bank.i never asked insurance.without my permission ,they added perticular amt with my EMI.my EMI is 7365/-.this loan has been taken by wife name,nisha ullas.emi was collecting from banks and my house.last few months it was smoothly clearing from kottarakkara federal bank.now federal bank cheques have been finished.now kollam branch peoples saying,i have to pay cheque return charges every month,if there is no cheques.this is ridiculous.very funny matter.also on my mobile every month getting sms from hdfc bank,as dear customer you bank branch has returned jan -13 emi 7365/-.pls contact immediately on 9895663333.what is this.which bank returned?which amt?very high interest is taking.and why this chq return charge is takin,evnthough no cheques.last few months me and my wife calling hdfc bank how many cheques remaining,when we can deposit another bundle of cheques....etc.but they are not cared.i know why.they will get cash.also these field reps,one who collecting from my house,they will also get insentives.so all are getting cash.from where.....FROM POOR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME.this is not possible.i will not pay the cash,untill this problems solved.my mail id is ullasnisha@gmail.com...
