I have a car loan running in my with A/C No.LUDEL00008907102 from ICICI Bank it was a three year loan and after paying 2 and a half years the ICICI bank started putting the payments in a different branch of the Canara Bank which is my Bank, and in a different account reason being the payments are bounced and they are unnecessarily harrasing me in their fault and made my credit bad due to their own fault always stating that the payments bounced due to insufficient funds whereas i never had a single time insufficient funds. I have approached them several times by visiting personally as well as writing them a lot on E-mails but they are puting a blame on my Banker(Canara Bank).When i approached my Bank they again pushed me towards ICICI bank. I being a lady doesn't know about the rules and regulations but getting harrased on daily basis while listening abusive language from the ICICI Collection department.Kindly save me from this mental torture and help me in this regard.
