Compaint Against Indusind Bank (Thane branch) for two wheeler loan Hi have purchased a bike before 1.5 years (October 2008) on Loan by Indusind bank (Thane, Maharashtra Branch). the EMI tenure was 17 months, but i repaid whole loan in 13 months (In december 2009) only. but still the bank deducted the EMI for 14th Month through ECS system and NOw after 4 month After a long follow-up they are not paying the EMI amount back to me.
Please help me on this!!

emi statements hi i took a xcd on loan from indusind bank before one and half year i want state ment of emi remaining emi is not going from bank im paing penalty from 6 month unnececeraly it should cut from bank
Compaint Against Indusind Bank The Indusind bank is Charging me the Previous Cheque Bouns Charges of RS 600/rs per Cheque and now they are saying me to pay 15000/Rs for cheque Bouns. I got only 2 Cheque Bouns and now they are saying at final we will not give NOC untill and unless i pay the amount of RS 15000/- and more they kept my name in CBIL REPORT. and now i am not able to take any loans i request to take a serios action on this issue
