I am Mohd Akram Khan from New Delhi. 5 Years ago, I purchased a Maruti Wagon WRLXI - Standard Model under Loan Account no. MDLM00037961.

At that point of time, I was willing to purchase the Car on Cash. But there were agents of Maruti Countrywide, who repeatedly asked me to take a vehicle loan and I finally did.

Total 60 Cheques of Rs. 6245 each were to be issued. Every things goes well, I paid all my EMI on time.

Now, the real issue starts when my loan amount is over in the month of December 2009 and I call your customer care on 14 December 2009 to send my no objection certificate (NOC) and till date I haven’t received my NOC. Now I came to know GE - Maruti Countrywide had sent me the NOC through First Flight Courier Service, which I haven’t got yet.

When I raised the issue with GE - Maruti Countrywide, customer care executive (Mr. Sandeep) was very rude, instead of doing something about my problem, he started blaming me and doubt on my integrity, I already upload his complain with his supervisor (Rakesh Jha) under complain No DL0097312 dt Feb 06th 2010.

I even checked with First Flight Courier field executive Mr. Pradeep (Ph.No 01128898233) he confirmed that he had delivered the courier at the wrong address to some other A. Khan which is not me.

I really want you to take some serious action against your customer care, tell them to be nice and value their customers and please change your courier service agency. I hope I made myself clear and please send NOC immediately before I take any more serious action against your pathetic company.
