Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to share my unexpected experience with Tata Group basically my Father Late Mr. Bhoja Salian, has purchased a Commercial Vehicle MH 43 – F- 1186 from Tata Motors Finance in January, 2005 his loan agreement no. 40866224 dated: 28.12.2004, As per the loan agreement my father was supposed to pay a monthly installment of Rs. 10,275/- for 59 months, till November, 2009.
My father honestly paid all the EMI till date (have all bank details) in spite of his right leg was amputated on February, 09 as he was diabetic patient.
Unfortunately my father passed away on 4th December, 2009. Just after few days I visited Tata Motors Finance office located at Wasan House, Chembur and meet Mr. Anil Bowade from Tata Motors to get No Objection Certificate (NOC) and I was surprised to know that in spite of all installments cleared by my father the amount due on his loan account was Rs. 38,000+ which is basically interest and other documentation charges.
I tried to explain Mr. Anil Bowade +91 9223315735 that I have lost my father and we are going through a lot of financial crises as my fathers business is not doing well and requested him that I won’t be able to repay the rest amount due to the very bad financial crises we are facing but he is not trying to understand our problem.
Then I made another attempt and wrote a mail to senior management for their views in this matter, and after few weeks i got a call from Mr. Anil Bowade and he said that the management his considered my case and agreed to give a waiver of Rs. 9000/- on balance payment and now i have to make payment of Rs. 22,000/- to Tata Motors to get No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Tata Motors on or before 25th January, 2010.
Currently i am going through lots of financial problem and i cannot affort to pay them any amount.
I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me with your advice on same.
Look forward to your response
Thanking you,
Sachin Salian
