I have taken comprehnesive insurance policy for my MAHINDRA LOGAN car from IFFKO-TOKIO general insurance. My car met accident on 12-10-09. surveyor was done survey. Vehicle was declared total loss & estimate charges was near about 9 lakh but car actual cost is 620000/-.
My idv is 589665/-
surveyor told me insurance company pay you 550000/- otherwise repair your car. he also said no one take solvage and some solvage came but surveyor not satisfied. near about 3 month to go claim was not setteled.
apart from this i m paying parking charges 200/- rs per day for my damage vehicle. kindly suggest me what can i do? by rules how much time will take insurance co for setteled claim.
whats the procedure in consumer forum? how much time take setteled case in consumer forum?

i have bought a new nokia E71 from nokia priority janakpuri(samarth lifestyle retailing) but i m not getting the warranty of 1 year at any nokia care.as per told by nokia policy.
and now i m facing problem with mobile and i visited all near about service centres,
