Dear Sir/Madam

I had taken loan from bajaj auto finance in regard to my bike XCD 125.
Now this loan has been repaid with all instalments. No payment is defaulted and no ECS is bounced.

But now when i went to their Head Office for demanding N.O.C. for that loan they are claiming that one ECS/cheque has been bounced..! But i have paid all instalments. One instalment has been paid in cash with genuine cash receipt. Even than they are claiming that this instalment is bounced.
I have all proofs regarding this.
My bank statement is reflecting no bounced cheque.
But these persons are denying for giving the N.O.C.
They are claiming an amount of instalment plus interest thereon.

What should i do now..??
I am very much irritated..??

I request you to give me a proper Guidance so as to Claim my Right and Live my Life.

Hello,

As you mentioned that you have all the useful document like bank statement, and the cash receipt, just send a written notice to the CMD of the Bajaj Auto Finance mention all the details in it attach the photo copy of all the document that support your statement and ask them for the NOC with in the mentioned time of 15-20 days else you will drag them to the consumer forum.

Sending notice to the CMD support your case if you need to knock the consumer forum.

I have purchase a Bajaj Chetek Scoter from Pankaj Motors Moga (Branch Jagraon) in 2003 it was financed by Bajaj Finance ltd under 0% Interest scheme. My EMI was completed 2005 but still I am waiting for my NOC. After that I haven't received any loan closer or NOC document from Bajaj Auto Fin. Please send to NOC from Bajaj Finance.
