This is to bring to your kind notice that I Gurpal Singh have taken a car loan from Magma Finance, Siliguri branch. We have paid out almost all the amount that to on time but still due the accident of our vehicle and unavoidable health issues of my family were unable to pay the last three EMIs. We have been very rudely mentally harassed by the magma agents and on last tuesday (i.e. 8/12/09) our car was literally hijacked from my son that to without any prior notice.

Please let me know a solution keeping in mind our present helpless condition as the car is our only bread and butter source.
