I purchased a Santro car in March,'08 which was stolen in August'08. This was purchased through Car Loan from HDFC. When I claimed the insurance amount, the claim was directly transferred to the bank. The bank gave me the balance amount of EMIs paid by me after deducting 6% of the total loan amount as Foreclosure charges.

Since the car was stolen, I was forced to pay back the whole loan amount along with the foreclosure charges. I talked to the senior people in HDFC, but they did not listen to it.

Would I be able to get any support in it.
