I have taken Car Loan from HDFC, and from 7 jan 2009 the given amount of emi is deducted from my account.but from last 3 month they called me, and said the ECS bounce bcz i don't have sufficient amount in my account.but when i told him that i have proof that my account having sufficient amount after that they talked very rudely with me. than i said give me the reason or show me any proof which shows that i don't have given amount in my account. than they said sorry to me and send their executive for collecting check from me.but once again in the second month they again called me for ECS bounce.when i again demand proof again they don't have anything. they insult in front of my collegue.I am government employee and having reputed post. but they want extra money from me.now they harassed me very badly.
please take some action against the HDFC Bank.
