Dear Sir,

My Uncle Late.Mohanraj K. Naidu (Brother of my Father) was expired on
22.03.09. He had been an auto loan in HDFC bank Agreement *No: 2727461,
2909945*. After his death riming payment was made by his wife Mrs.Achayadevi
Mohanraj. Right now she paid all pending amount.

Then bank have send the closer latter *Ref. No: 152, 101*. In that closer
later is intimate that your loan fully repaid on our Banks.

Now, she asked for that NOC of that vehicle with Request Latter, Death
certificate, RC book and Id proof of Mrs. Achayadevi Mohanraj. That time
they told that your NOC have been blocked because of not paid your husband
personal loan (Unsecured Loan). Then she asked for give me the writing
latter of why you not give me the NOC. This time they told that we can’t
give you to writing latter.

Now, she wants to change the name from RC Book and Vehicle Insurance
Purpose.

Please give the suggestion or what she has to do.
