I'm Neelam, working in Multinational Company at Gurgoan. Recently I booked cheverlot Spark LT from Aravali Showroom at IFFCO Chawk, Gurgoan on 19th October 2009 on Initial amount of 1 Lac 9 thousand and 500 /- . I've submitted each and every proof of my rented and permanent addresses with all the documents related to the salary, form 16, pan card, Passport copy, Ration Card Copy of both me and my parents etc. They given me assurance that all documents are ok and handover my can on 25th Oct 2009. In between different persons from ICICI have inquired about me and all verification have been done at my office and at both residance. After then no body contacted me, and on 26th I've asked to the financer Mr. Satish Chandra about the progress. He assured me that he'll give me information till evening on the same day but no assurance and not satisfied reply from their side. The very next day On 27th Octber 2009 My father went to the showroom to enquire about the same. The same guy from Aravali Show room given the number of the ICICI Agent and told him to ask the progress about the loan. The ICICI Agent Mr. Basant Kothari at Sector 14, Gurgoan, asked again for bank statement, permanent address proof, and the Id proof of my relative residing in NCR. I've asked him that why he want these things after so many days and so many enquires. His answers are so confusing and told me that he informed me on 28th Oct 2009, if he really requires the ID proof of my Uncle residing in delhi. No he is harrasing me and my family by asking thing which i've already submitted to them and not getting any information whether I'll get my car after submission of 1+ lac amount to them.
I feel both the financer Mr. Satish chandra, The executive Mr. Dinesh at Aravli and Mr. Basant Kothari of ICICI bank are harrasing and cheated me.
Please advice what action has to be taken against them.
I need urgent help as the scheme under which i've booked my car is going to be off on 31 Oct 2009.
