Mr. Naresh kumar has taken loan for bus from tata motor finance ltd (Himachal Pradesh, Hamirpur) 4 years ago and i become the guarantor on this loan form. Now after 4 years i got a letter from tata motor finance regarding the loan not payed by mr. Naresh Kumar. So can u please tell me what can i do in this case please help as i belong to a middle class family and in trouble this time i m not getting any way to this matter so please help in this matter as soon as possible. And they (Mumbai main branch of tata motor finance ltd.) have also mentioned that after 1. december 2009 they will declare as ex-parte.

I m waiting for ur kind reply and also tell me what effects will come on me as a guarantor on that loan form. And if effects come on me then what is the preventive measures i can take.
