I had availed a loan for a Maruti Swift Car VDi from your bank in the month of September - 2011. I have made a down payment of 1 lakh and 60 thousand.
I have paid 3 EMIs of Rs. 16000 for the month of Oct, Nov and Dec. Now, due to unavoidable circumstances, i'm not able to pay the EMIs further.
So can you please enlighten me as to the next legal procedure that the bank will be taking and what steps I have to follow in order to smoothly transition the recovery of the car by you.

This is to bring to your kind notice that we had issued a loan from Kotak Mahindra about three months for a Nissan Sunny. We have already paid our two EMIs also for the same but its strange to inform you that we have yet not received our loan agreement..
Secondly there is a huge chaos regarding the payment of EMI.We had asked the bank to receive the payment from Bank Of India and during the first EMI it did so, but during second payment time it automatically without our knowledge deducted the payment amount from Kotak Mahindra Bank where we had insufficient balance,in regard of this they charged with the amount of Rs.550 as fine.
Now I would like to know why they did so?And with whose concern they took the balance from Kotak Mahindra instead of Bank Of India??And when are we going to receive our Loan Details and Agreement.
