Hello Sir,

I had applied for car loan from HDFC in last week of december. I had submitted the required documents on the same day. they promnised to get the loan approved within 1-2 days but actualy they approved my loan after approximately 12-13 days. I called them on daily basis as i need to buy car at the earliest but they never worried and kept on delaying. Finally i got my loan approved after around 12-13 days.

Now after approval they did not provide the whole approved loan amount to Car Dealer. Actually they sent 1000 Rs short and kept 1000 Rs with them and told me that they have their understanding with the dealer and its their commission. But later on dealer asked me to make the payment of that 1000 Rs and told that their is nothing like commisssion for bank people. I approached bank people but they did not bother and stopped picking up my calls. finally I paid those 1000Rs to dealer from my own pocket. Now the HDFC people are not returning those 1000 Rs to me. I had complained regarding the same to higher authorities of HDFC bannk but still i did not get my money back.

Please help me out.
