Non receipt of NOC Against My Car loan account no - A760030031921 of Citi Bank The above car lona has already been setteled in full in 1999 but Citi Bank is demanding another 10000/- for revision of interest rate during the tenure of the loan and is not issuing the NOC. I have made lot of correspondance but till date i have not received any response for the bank. Request to take sever action against the bak and get the NOC issued.
