I jatinder kaur bhatia took an automobile loan from hdfc bank,for purchase
of santro car amounting to Rs 300000 in october 2008.The insatallments were
paid on time.
Unfortunately our car got stolen on 4th june 2009. The car was insured from
Iffco-Tokio gen.insurance company ltd.The claim was setteled just a week
back and all the formalities were met and cheque was recieved by the bank.
The bank authorities are charging 6% for the pre-payment of loan but the
pre-payment is being done due to unavoidable circumstances.The payment was
directly made by the insurance company to settle the claim.I want to submit
that the pre-payment charges be waved off keeping the above said matter in
consideration.The details of the loan are as follows:-
