    Default complaint against HDFC bank

    Hello ,

    I have borowed a car loan from HDFC bank.I was asked to deposit a margin money
    amount to Marketing times(maruti dealer,Rajouri garden) by HDFC however when I
    deposited the amount they asked me to cancel the billing and asked me to buy the car
    from other dealer (FAIR DEAL , Shadhra).I deposited the margin money with Fair deal
    as well.
    I was promised that as I have cancelled the billing I will get my margin money
    amount from Marketing times within 10 days.
    But Hdfc tranefrred the loan amount to marketing times in error rather than
    transferring it to Fair deal.Now its almost one and a half month I have not received
    my money back from Marketing times as they are saying it will go back to HDFC.
    Recently I walk up to Marketing times and they agreed to pay my amount after
    consulting the case from HDFC within 24 hrs still not received it .
    Made a formal complaint to HDFC in regards to all this and no one contacted me since
    then, I am paying my EMIS on time and infact getting threating calls from fair deal
    for the interest amount as the money is not transferred to them .
    All the conversation with HDFC as follows :

    As per the escalation procedure followed from your end since 03/08/2009 I must say
    that it has actually ended up creating a mess for me.

    After so many calls and follow up for a mistake that was made from your end I must
    admit that I regret the day when I agreed for an auto loan from HDFC as still the
    matter is unresolved.
    Wasted my time and money , got threating calls from other dealer (Fair deal) I have
    no other option in order to resolve this ongoing issue other than Consumer court.
    Today itself I will be lodging a complaint against HDFC for harassment moreover I
    should inform you that as well , I have not received any calls/ contact form HDFC'S
    end against the complaint lodged by me on the other day 10/09/2009.
    Complaint number - P9580081 ( not received any call till date although promised a
    call back within 24 hrs)
    I have so many false commitment from Alok, Ajay (TL), Pooja Malhotra ( Manager
    customer services, auto loan team ) that I will not recommend your services to any
    person including my HCL colleagues.
    After the last conversation with you I was promised by you and Marketing times that
    I will get my cheque the following day however now they informed my that they have
    received a letter from you for refund of loan and margin money back to you hence
    they need to send the total amount (margin money & loan amount) back to you.

    I would like to add this as well Just for the sake of Rs 2000 that the commission
    amount is the cause of all these hazels that I am facing . Dealers were changed like
    anything ( Rajouri to shadhra) but still I did everything what you asked for however
    Now I regret that cancelling the loan at that point of time would have been a better
    option for me.

    I have paid Rs 10,000 to Marketing times and that has been stuck because of your
    mistake and I will get my money back along with compensation for loss of time and
    money and also for the mental harassment this matter has caused me.
    I feel ashamed to be your customer and will rectify this mistake very soon.

    I would appreciate if you could pass on this feed back to your employees who pretend
    to do customer service however I know very well what kind of customer service I got
    from your end .
    For any further clarification get back to me anytime , as I am forwarding this mail
    as an attachment to consumer court .
    If you wish I can even forward you my mobile billas well for the number of calls I
    have made to HDFC customer service and to your employee regarding this issue.

    Dear Mr. Khan,

    For any help on Bank's level pls. send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Bank and keep a copy of that letter with you. Wait for the response for 15-20 days and revert back soon after getting any reply from the bank's side. The address is:

    i have taken car from hdfc bank and complted all installment even i have got statment mentioning ni pending money from my side,but now bank is not giving noc as i have dispute with hdfc creadit card what should i do,tht desputie of creadit card has major -despuite want to know can bank hold my noc if i have paid my car installment against my cradit card?

    Default HDFC Banks Charges

    Myself Mr. Bhalchandra M. Bhatkar, native of ratnagiri, maharashtra city since 30 years. Hdfc banks customer relatinship manager visitd me to open a acount with them and also shown the various banking two wheeler and other options to consumer.
    I have taken a two wheeler loan from the bank in 2004.
    Then i cleared all the loan within specified period of time.
    After 2 years they offered me a personal loan of 100000 rs. I was a regular account holder and continuously repaying the loan. After some time as a businessman they offered me a credit card of 30000 rs credit.
    Since last 1 year due to some economical problems i was unable to repay few monthly debits. The bank started irritating and treaetning me. I have suffered and suffering from depression and fustration since that time. Till now i have paid all the monthly debits. Also the bank charged me for a personal loan late charge as 450 rs for every month and a credit card charge of 800 rs per month and saving account charge of 750 rs. the total sum amount gose in figure of 10000 rs only due to charge of the bank. Also due to the threatening of the bank i have lost 160000 Rs for medical treatment and health problems.
    Where i should go to put my complaint so that i will receive the same.

    Dear sir,
    I vikas m. porwal residing at 1203, 12th flr, Girnar tower, g d ambedkar rd, kala chowki, mumbai-400033. (maharahtra). I have take car loan from HDFC BANK LTD ON 30/04/2004. My car loan no. is (Auto Loan No.608673). I have purchased Maruti WAGON VXI. My every month EMI was Rs. 6850/- I have never been default in my payement.There were totally 59 EMIs in that 4 EMIs are made in cash, & other 55 EMIs made through cheque payements from RAIGAD SAHAKARI BANK LTD,(KALA CHOWKI, branch).1st EMIs was stated on 02/06/20047 & 55th EMIs was completed on 02/12/2008. But they r telling that i havent made payement of my 1 EMI, But they r telling that one of my cheque has been dishonured aganist my EMI. But i provided all required documents thay asked for..
    So, then to HDFC BANK are not issuing me the NOC for my car. Please help me getting NOC .

    Hello,

    If your loan amount is cleared and still the HDFC is not issuing your NOC, then send a written notice to the CMD and the Branch Manager via registered post, mention all the details in it and attach the photocopy of all the relevant documents, and ask them for the NOC or the reason why they are not issuing your noc even after the full repayment of loan within the mentioned time in the notice.

    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference, and revert us back.

    I was appointed in HDFC branch (code-0187) Bathinda. I was asked to come in the branch for training till the allotment of Employee.The Training was giving to me by Mr Ankit .During training Mr. Ankit Insulted me before some employees and customers in the branch saying that you may go outside & generate the sale. He speaks very roudly on me without any reason. I asked him tell me As in my knowledge in under Training no body go for Sale without Proper Training.

    Default Loan Approvals/ Disbursement takes hell no of days.

    Hi

    Its Anurag, I had applied for a home loan from HDFC Pune. Its an NRI application. I had opted to choose that bank as I was communicated by the bank Agents and Professionals that the loan will get approved in the best minimum time i.e in max 10 days after submitting the papers. I had provided all the papers as required , After lot of calls from overseas and tracing back finally the loan gets approved after 1.5 month and now I am facing the problem in check disbursement. I was told by bank professionals that it will take max 4 days once we submit all the papers required for check release. But I really shocked and sorry to say even after 10 days no one is responding me and no updates are available . I am really pissed of by the processes of this bank. I really request my friends over internet not to go with this bank especially if its an NRI application. There are lots of other banks which knows how to treat the NRI applications and how to respond then effectively.

    Default Hdfc platinum credit card

    Hi,
    My name is Sandesh Jadhav.
    Want to register complaint against XXXX XXXX XX 5610
    In every month I am getting credit card statement with some finance Charges & Cess Tax.[since august 2011]
    When enquired Bank appologized & waved off the same. But confirmation of the same has been givne verbally through customer care.
    Some time they will give Service request no for the same. or Sometime they will say once we disconnects the call we will receive service reqst no on our registerd mobile/email (Out of these I never received on either of them).
    But every fresh month the new bill used to come with new fresh service Tax & finance charges in addition to previous finance charges which were never waved off.
    after contacting customer care they disconnect call in between.
    Again when you call them next time some new executive picks up cal & we end up explaining entire case again for next 1 hr or so.
    AFTER CONTACTING ANY OF THE HDFC BRANCH THEY SAY PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE ONLY.

    I am doing regular payments for all the purchase which I made in time.
    But again why this kind of charges are getting carry forwarded I dont understand.
    Finally today again they give me fresh Service reqst No.11332485187 on insisting them to give it to me verbally.
    iN NOVEMBER 2011 STATEMNT LIKE THIS THERE IS DISCRPANCT OF AROUND Rs.2000 /-

    I am very disappointed from HDFC bank and its customer care team.I am using my HDFC account (01211050086657) from 2005 ,having HDFC bank credit card and personnel

    loan of 2 lac, to which i am paying my EMIs on time but from last 2 years , i am regularly being tortured by HDFC bank.I have following problem from your bank.

    This account was opened by HDFC bank as corporate account and gold ATM card facility was free of cost but i have beeen charegd rs 500 for this .I went to HDFC bank and given the compliants for this but till date i have not received any solution from your bank.
    In corporate account , My transactions from other bank ATMs were free ,but one day HDFC bank debited amount from my bank account for last 3 months transactions .Can anyone please let me know ,why you are charing for me if it was free and why you have dedcuted charges for last 3 months from my account without my knowledge?
    around 1.5 year before ,One of HDFC bank exectuive came to our office and asked me to open Demat account (30587584) for free and he had informed me that it is free for corporate account but few month before i again charged for rs 650 without even informing me. Bank did not even ask me before renewing my DEMAT account..Please disconnect my DEMAT account and free from burdan.
    I went to your HDFC bank hazratganj branch,Lucknow and sanjay place , Agra .Exectuives of your bank do not bother , how much your customer is in pain and your branch manager are more busier than anyone in this world.
    In recent incident , I was ill so i went my brother to deposit the amount in my bank account and heights of tortureness is that bank has charged rs 110 for every transaction and this is the first time i have charged for this . If this the bank rule why you have not charged me earlier?? When i called phone banker ,then they don not even want to listen my pain , they jusy want to disconnect the call.
    This is all from my side , if you can resolve then please reply me else suggest me the way from that i can surrender my bank account , credit card and loan because now i do not want to be tortured again from HDFC bank.
