Hi,

I met with an accident on 8 Apr 2012. But due to some urgent work in my office, I registered for a claim on 10 Apr 2012. I initiated the claim myself.
But the service from the Bajaj Allianz was pathetic. I have to chase the surveyor many number of times and have to call him repeatedly. He always promises to call me back but never did. He finally came to survey the car but refuses to pass the claim.

I have photo evidence (clicked by Bajaj Allianz) at the time of insurance policy issuance that the car was perfectly fine and still the surveyor is harassing me. I have been calling him repeatedly but to no avail.

Description of Incident:
While I was driving from Sarojini Nagar to Lodhi Road, a tempo hit my car from right. I immediately took a left to save myself. Then a car from my left hit my car and speed away. The damage caused is on both sides of the car from front bumper to rear bumper.
