    Default United India Insurance

    Dear Sir,

    I made a paymnet to United India Insurance company via cheque number 33050 (Axis Bank) on 15/10/2008 for rupees 6,600.
    I am yet to receive my insurance papers.

    I called United India Insurance a number of times but they simply disconnect the phone. The name of the agent who called me up was Richa. She assured me that I will receive my insurance papers within 2 days.

    Adding insult to the injury, one of the person working in their helpline even suggested me to forget me insurance and get at least a third party insurance done by her husband.

    The only foolish act done by me was not to take any receipt from the collector who came to get the cheque from me.

    My bank statement shows the following entry:

    26 15/10/2008 UNITED INDIA INSU.CO LTD. 33050 DR 6,660.00

    My previous policy number was : 222701/31/07/01/00002920

    I have even sent two emails to their grivance email address but never got a response from them. I dont want them to eat up my money like this.

    Please let me know what to do in this case.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a used car from my friend of hyuandai make I-10 in silvassa U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.which was insured from United India Insurance ,Bhilwara Rajasthan & the vehical was registered in Dadra & Nagar Haveli.I have got this vehical transfered in my name in Dadra & Nagar Haveli.I have visited United India Insurance , silvassa office along with registration certificate ( Transfered in my name ) & transfer form duely signed. United india insurance people told me to go to Bhilwara office for transferring, they deny to transfer it here.
    Kindly suggest me to do the needfull.

    Default NON RECEIPYT OF POLICY o.A. THROUGH FAMILY FRIENDS

    Dear Sir,
    I have taken p.a.policy on my life and on the life of my wife through Family Friends Insurance & Investment Solution . Two cheques issued in favour of Family Friends Insurance & Investment solution.I was informed that they had paid premium to you.About one year to pass and I have not received policy documents.All the time Agent Told me that it is not prepared.
    The details are a under.

    I actually have the same problem too. Why are they acting like that. I mean does the top management know about this. They better act fast or else they will be losing lot of customers..
