i have renewed ma car insurance before due date to avoid any trouble but taking reliance car insurance proved to be a big trouble for me till now i have not got my insurance policy n the gifts that i was assured to be given ,whenever i call them they have d same answer will reach you till monday , because of not having ma insurance i was fined twice while which costs around rs 1000 , whos gonne be responsible for that .please help me out .

i also went for reliance insurance before due date and didnt get the policy in time .and when i got that no of my car was written wrong even thought they take old insurance policy copy and copy of rc also.reliance is just interested in taking money and not giving policy.hell with them

I have not got my original policy documents till now even after submitting my documents 9 months ago.

whenever I enquired , they have the same answer, will reach in a few days.

Its really frustrating & irritating experience & I would recommend no one should ever go for Reliance insurance.

I had given PDC check for my car insurance with reliance. And after one month i received the courier of the insurance policy. But shocking thing is except my name and address rest all the thing registration number, engine number and chasi number totally the policy was been insured for some other car in my name. What the hell headache with reliance insurance.
