Beri, village Jonapur near Mehrauli, New Delhi, i have purchase a Bajaj
Pulsar motor cycle on 13.04.10 from Deewan Bajaj, Chattarpur Mehrauli, New
Delhi. which was insuared by Oriental insurence company vide cover note no.
986958. On 07/06/2010 at 11.00 am. i meet an accident, in that accident my
m/cycle was badly damaged. On the same day evening i took my byk to Bajaj
Deewan Auto authorised dealer workshop at Khasra no. 70, main IGNOU road,
saidulajab, New Delhi. They make all the estimate and Motor Claim Form was
filled up......and the estimate list of damage items was already send to you
vide fax No. 23319042 and had telephonic conversation .......
today, On 09.06.10 your company`s representative Mr. S.K Narula survey
my m/cycle......but his attitude was not good towards me. He ignored so many
things from the list. my petroll tank was more damaged then the
other parts...and that is not in repair condition as m/cycle is not too old
but the insuence surveyer force me to repair the tank...but belive me that
is not in repair condition...so i requested you to look into the matter
and send some another surveyer for re-inspection of my m/cycle...
