You have not told me that to whom I have to mark the letter. I have send a simple letter to the following address:

The matter of the letter is as follows:
Dear Sir
I have got insured my vehicle registration no. DL 8C K 7243 from National Insurance Company on 17 July 2009. On 30 August 2009 my vehicle met with an accident. I have filed claim to Insurance Company for the loss of my car. But I have not get any claim from the Insurance Company after passing 3 months. I have contact to the head office of National Insurance Company also. But no profit. I request you to hear on my humble request & to instruct the Insurance Company to pay cost of damage of my car.

Dear sir, I Gokul Dusane have taken comprehensive insurance policy for my car mahindra Logan from iffco tokio general insurance co. this vehicle got damaged due to accident on 12-10-09 . i have submitted all essential documents. survey was compeleted at 28-10-09 by company surveyor. car was total loss.
after 2 months surveyor/adjuster told me that some problem in driving licence and driver name in police fir. after all i have solve all the problem and submitted renewed documents.
near about 3 months go claim process delayed. adjuster told me salvage was not got me thats why delayed claim. some solvage came but adjuster was not satisfied for amount.
Apart from this we are also paying Rs 200 per day charges for the parking of my damage vehicle in mahindra garage since last 3 months. My IDV is RS 589665 but adjuster told me insurance company pay RS 550000/- otherwise you repair ur vehicle. My car was only 3 months old when accident. So plz suggest me what can i do? and by rules how much time take insurance company for setteled claim and can take liablity insurance co for my parking charges. And suppose through consumer court how much days will take for setteled claim?

Yesterday I have recd. the email from Mr. M C Aggarwall, Chief Manager & CPIO, CRM Deptt, National Insurance Co.Ltd.that the claim of Rs. 12,000 has been approved. Please send the details of your bank A/C. But I have the actual damaged of near about Rs. 65,000. Now I have to bear the loss of Rs.53,000. Please help me. I have to gave the bank A/C details to him or not. I am sending the details of email send by MC Aggawall also here.

In respect of the above claim, we have written a letter to insured on 5/1/2010 for informing his bank name and account no. to issue his claim cheque as his claim has already been approved for Rs.12,000/- as per survey report.

Which address are you talking about ? I have posted a letter to the following address on 5 Jan 10. But I have not got any response.I have got a reply from the National Insurance company as described in my earlier mesage posted on 22 Jan 10. Please read that message carefully & guide me further. I have recieved a cheque of Rs. 12000 on 27 Jan 10 from national Insurance company. Should I accept this cheque or not?

Hello,
If you are not satisfied with the company response then again send a written notice to the CMD via registered post (keep one copy wit you) and ask them for the exact reason why the claim is not approved as per the bill. Wait for their response and revert us back.
Apart from this if you accept the payment then later on you can not protest.

Unfortunatly In my absence my accountant recieved that cheque. Now is there any way to chalenge the claim approved.
