Respected Sir,

I am Pankaj Patiyal and I am writting this mail to bring to your notice that I have been cheated by iffco-tokio.
I have a Wagonr Car and it has been insured by iffco-tokio from last 5 years.I have been paying for it from last 5 years.
3 years back I started using CNG in my car.
The surveyor visited me and told me that CNG will not be accounted for insurance as it is not in my papers but rest of my car is insured.
So I kept on paying for its insurance since then.
On 25th Feb,2012 night, while coming from Ballabhgarh, a trolley truck got his tyre punctured and hitted my car and the driver side got damaged.
Luckily me and my uncle did not got any injuries.
Later, I called the iffco-tokio insurance company and narrated them the incident and their surveyor visited me.
He refused to give me any claim for the damage stating the reason that it has CNG.
When I tried to reason with him that from last 3 years I have been paying for insurance , and you have only told me that the car will be insured inspite of that , else why would have I continued with you.
Then he started misbehaving and abusing him and abandoned anything I have to say. He said that you can complain even in consumer court if you want but we will not refund your claim.
I think this is not the way to behave with any of your customers.
My policy no. is 500216205 and my car no. is DL 4T AA6382 and my name is Pankaj Patiyal.
Please help me.
I hope you will take the matter urgently and bring me to justice.
