I have made a accidental claim for my vehicle Hyundai Accent on 31-01-2012. My vehicle is insured by IFFCO TOKIO.
At the time of insurance i was informed that 3 claims would be covered under cashless facility and after that by cheque/ECS.
Even 2 days before same information was provided by their customer care that the policy says that the 3 claims would be covered under cashless facility
and after that it would be handled through cheque or ecs
but Unfortunately it is my 3rd claim and now the surveyor is saying that it can't be cash less,
no contact has been done by surveyor no msg or call,
i think basic intimation has to be there,
request you to address the concern and help to get the claim cashless as mentioned in the policy.

I have tried calling customer care but solution and claim department also not responding
