I was approached by one of your sales Executive - Hari Singh form Pitam Pura (New Delhi) Branch for renewal of my car Insurance (Policy Number mentioned in the mail subject) where in I was promised that I Bajaj Allianz will provide a smart card and Rs 1500 worth of carnation vouchers. Based on our conversation I agreed to renew my policy from your organization.
To my utter surprise i received my policy document on 27th Jan 2012 with only a policy book and plain card for 24*7 policy assistance but couldn't find the smart card and Rs 1500 carnation gift vouchers.
When i called Hari Singh on 9811635672 i was informed that this is the only kit i will receive and since my renewal is done by web sales the smart card and gift vouchers doesn't exists.
I called your Moti Nagar (New Delhi) branch and the response was that only the sales agent can answer this and we would not have any information.
Rs 5081 doesn't really matter to me but i must appreciate that you guy have an amazing business strategy of fooling the customer and snatching money out of your pockets.
I have heard much about your company values but got the real taste of it today.
For you I might be a tiny part of your customer base but trust me I will never use or recommend Bajaj Allianz General Insurance to anyone.
