Dear sir, my Father Mr. Dinesh Kumar Tyagi is the registered owner of HP 12D 3925 Marurti Alto k10. I was coming From Chandigarh to Baddi (Himachal). m stand at Red light of Tribune Chowk at night 9:30pm on 23/12/2011. suddenly a indica car hit my car from back side. My car back Gate, R.H.S tail Light and Bumper are damaged.
I take the claim and 25/12/2011 of my car repaired. the surveyor tell me that the payment of claim will be transfer on my account with in 10-15 days. now there is a new matter issued they tell me that you have to clearify the NCB from your old insurence company... And my Agent Ask me that why we have to clearify the NCB becuse the Oriental Comapny Give Us "UNDERWRITER DISCOUNT", that is mentioned on my policy.
After this, when i again talk to insurense company they asked me we will clear my doccument within 15 min. on 23/1/2012. i was call the office after 1 hours to conform that. but no one recieve my Call. then today 24/1/2012 i call the insurence company again nobody recieve my cal.........


PLZ help me in this matter
