I took car insurance from Tata-Aig. I requested for policy on 27-08-2011 at 5.50pm. Surveyor came on 30-08-2011 and took survey at 12.25pm. On that day I talk with tata-aig representative regarding policy premium. On behalf of survey date 30-08-2011 my policy finilised on 31-08-2011. Now my car windshield has cracked on 08-01-2012 at 8pm. I claimed for this in tata-aig. They are saying that it is pre-existing damage. While Survey Company Auto-risk has given me original survey report of my car and photos of survey date 30-08-2011. Auto-risk executive and report both are clearly saying that there was no any pre-existing damage. I requested more than 3 time but they are not ready to listen my any request. Please assist me.
