Dear Sir/Madam

I have made a accidental claim for my vehicle Ford Figo i.e. HR-26BH8148 on 12-07-2011. My vehicle is insured by IFFCO TOKIO.
I have paid all the bills on 19-07-2011 to Pearl Ford, NH-1, Karnal, Haryana.


It has been almost 7 months that I have not received any Cheque from IFFCO TOKIO against my Claim. I am tracking the status of my claim from Sept '11 but I am not getting any satisfactory answer.

On 20th Dec '11, I received a letter from IFFCO TOKIO asking for a copy of Bill Payment. I sent a hard copy of bill to their concern department on 20-12-2011 through Speed-Post. Even I have sent the soft copy of my bill to their respective E-Mal ID.

After many phone calls & mails , I am still waiting for the Cheque. (The Irony is that I know the Cheque No & Payment to be made by IFFCO TOKIO).

I have attached Payment Receipts, Iffco Tokio Letter & My Communication to IFFCO through mails.

Please help me in this issue. My details are as follows :-
