I would like to log a complaint against Tata-Aig regd. the car insurance. Last year i took car insurance ( Policy Number: 0100516755) in my wifes name from Tata-Aig and the expiry of the same was on 18th of Dec-2011.They contacted me over phone over the renewal of the same and i renewd the policy over phone using my credit card on 16-12-2011. For this transaction i was not provided with any receipt. i had sent several mails to the executive Ashok Kumar (Ashok2.Kumar@tata-aig.com) and escalation mail to their manager Pooja Purohit (Pooja.Purohit@tata-aig.com) and their final escalation mail id (head.customerservices@tata-aig.com) but none of them replied to me.
I even asked them to provide a soft copy of the renewed policy so that i can use it as a proof for renewal of policy.Also i didnt receive the original policy doument also yet due to this i am not able to use my car for the last 13 days. request you to please help me in getting this issue resolved.
