Sub:-Complaint of Pending claim of Rs 184380 from 14 months.

Dear Sir,
I have an complaint regarding New India Insurance of pending claim of accident of my Mahindra pick.
I owned a Mahindra pickup
Dated -22/05/2009 from V.C.Motors Pvt Ld. Kanpur.
I had an accident on
Dated -12/10/2010
Which released on 1/11/2010 after which I brought it to V.C.Motors Kanpur for repairing who gave me estimate of Rs 220669
My Policy no. -42220231100100002423
Sum Insured– Rs 257550
The surveyor Mr. Sunil.Kumar.Gosai (9415125617) surveyed the vehicle and was forcing to repair the chassis.
Bur the service centre told that according to company norm the chassis can not be repaired and gave it in written on service centre Letter Pad.
I contacted the surveyor many times but He was not ready to solve my issue.
Then I issued a notice to New India Insurance on dated 10/03/2011 of having loss in my business due to not repaired my vehicle as the final survey report was not given.
The repairing started after that and surveyor told me of spending Rs 10000 my own.
The total Bill which I received from service centre was Rs 179380.
I did the payment on dated 22/09/2011.besides this I gave Rs 5000 more in order to put number on chassis.
From that day I have suffered too much of going to branch office of Fatehpur.I requested to Branch manager many times to solve my issue but Mr. Sunil Kumar Gosai denied to talk with him.
I tried to meet the surveyor but he doesn’t meet me neither receive my call.
I have suffered too much hence I am requesting you to please solve my problem as soon as possible in order to save me of losses, which I am suffering.
