My name is Vijay Kakkar,i have a issue with National Insurance company.I met with an accident in last week of Sep 2011 while coming back from office.I did not get any injury but my car was damaged very badly.The front headlight and bumper was broken.I went to the Motor Plaza in Sarita Vihar to get it repair and informed the insurance company to complete the survey next day.The surveryer took 3 days to visit the service centre ( we could not start the repairing without getting the survey done ) and after the survey he informed the service centre manager to start the work.It took almost a week to get it repaired.I informed the surver to visit the service centre for final inspection and approve the bill which i will have to claim to get my money.He again delayed the final inspection as he was busy with his work finally he did come in the first week of Aug 2011 and made his report to process the claim.As my insurance is registered at my home town ( Hissar,Haryana ) he informed me that he will send my report to the Hissar branch next week and i will have to submit my bill for the settlement.It is been more than 3 months since he keep on saying me that he will do that in next week or so.I could feel that he may delay it more i got in touch with his senior which handles the reporting.He assured me that my settlement will be done in next 7 days but again the made me fool.I have called them several time to check the status and every time i have got the same answer next week next week and next week my claim will be settled.I am done with this all and really i don't want my money back but i want the National Insurance to answer me why they haven't send my reports.What is taking them so long to process my claim.
