I have purchased Xylo E4 model from Shiva Mahindra, patparganj new Delhi in the month of Aug 2011. The car is insured from icici Lombard. Due to Road Accident the car got damage in the month of oct 2011. I submitted my car for repairing in Mahindra body work shop at Sahibabad, Ghaziabad after one month they repair my car but they have not get D.O from icici Lombard.
I continuously contact your company representatives but thet did not rectify the problem. I think that I have made very big mistake of insuring my car from your company.
I request you please take necessary action against icici lombard regarding their service. i am waiting D.O letter from icici company.
