i have the skoda octacvia car model janurary 2010. My car is insured from tata aig company from both years. My car got accident before 12 days. My tata aig policy no. Is wm10974379 & car registration no. Is hr41d-5000. I request for the claim to tata aig customer care. They given me my claim no. 620394947 & sent the car surveyor mr. Mahesh kalra of karnal to sidak automobiles karnal for my car survey on 03/11/2011. Mahesh kalra refused to give me full claim of my car but my car is insured with 100% depreciation less covernote.he was saying me that these daints are old, but i wants to ask the company that my car is insured both years from your company, why you will not give me the full claim of my car. The behave of mr. Mahesh kalra was very bad & he refused to give the full claim of my car. I am feeling very hrashment.please give me a solution as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you for this.
