I am a Registered owner of tata manza Cho1AC 5193. Got INsurance from Oriental. Last week i Met with accident where a bus hit me from beside damaging Bumper,Boot and Tail Lamp and since there was traffic car got a scratch on Bonnet as well. Mr Juglesh Sood was the surveor being appointed by the Company and he refused to pay for the dentaing and painting charges for Bumper by saying that in the report it was mentioned that bumper had some scrathes earlier at that time of renewing the insurance. Now on asking the surveyor that since the bumper has been damaged that how does it make a sense of not paying for denting and painting had it been repaired things could have been different but when the part has been damaged so it should cover the complete correction on it. Also once the bus hit from beside car was pushed further where a horse cart was standing leaving a scratch on bonnet. When asked to Juglesh Sood he strictly said that nowadays horse cart are not found on roads also this is not in accident which is totally illogical. Upon askinghim to give me a logical answer he said that he dont want to talk further on it.

Kindly help me in this regard and if the insurance company can see the photographs been taken at the time of renewing the insurance they will come to know. I would really appreciate an early reply.
