I am an insurance holder of TATA AIG General Insurance Company Ltd.
I had bought my car insurance with TATA AIG on 30/10/2010 for 0 dep for my car Chevy Cruze.
I recently called your customer care and they said that tata aig wont be able to renew my car policy.
when asked for reason they said there are many reasons and cant tell me which reason might be the correct one as they see the under writer has put in a note to cancel my same policy renewal.
I would like to know the reason coz i have tata aig insurance for all my cars and when i claim my insurance for what we as customer pay premium the next insurance is rejected with out any reason.
Why don't you guys mention it clearly in your doc. that we will only renew your insurance if you don't claim it. For which you guys might look seriously dumb and all the customers will know before buying your insurance.
Need a detail explanation about why my car insurance renewal is rejected.
Me as an old client of TATA AIG would want to cancel all my car insurance if this insurance is not renewed in the same 0dep policy.
