Also why was my AC compressor not repaired by certified Hyundai service station. The AC compressor though claimed by you that it is repaired but it still has the same problem as certified by the Hyundai Service station.
Why I am being harassed ? This is my last mail and after the expiry of legal notice period I will file suit for damages and mental harassment in both civil court and consumer court.
I hope neither of us want to resolve this issue in court but I am pushed then I am ready for legal battle and would claim litigation cost also

it appears from the reply sent by your side to my complain that u r trying to evade your legal as well as contractual obligations. i fail to understand as to how i can elaborate my complaint any further . i have all ready sent a detailed course of events which have forced me to seek an insurance claim. however to assist u i reproduce my original complaint;

On27/7/09 around 9:15pm near Raj Ghat I got stuck in traffic and sinceit was raining the water logging took place on many streets. Waterentered inside my car while I was driving and then the car stopped onthe road itself and i had to tow it to the service station.
I registered the claim vide by insurance policy and the claim # 2091174005. The company appointed Mr Tejinder Singh as surveyor and gave me hiscontact number. When I called Mr Singh for the above claim , i was toldthat he is not my surveyor and further gave me contact number of one MrMehindiratta and when i called Mr Mehindiratta on friday 31/7/09 hetold me to wait but he didn't turn up for meeting.I waited for him forthree continuous days but he kept on postponing the meeting.
Then instead of turning himself he send a boy to take photograph of the vehicle.
After thorough checkup of the vehicle the service station has listed following items that got damaged due to water logging
a) self alternator
b) AC compressor
c) wheel bearing
d) cleaning of engine
butsurveyor told me that self, and AC compressor is not the responsibilityof the company and cannot be claimed and these things got damaged dueto my own carelessness. His behaviour was very rude and he used foullanguage. He told me that not even president of India can claim thesething from insurance company.
Isthis the kind of treatment that is given to the customers of yourcompany? At the time of insurance the company agents are very politeand docile but the moment one tries to get claim they turn hostile. Ihope this is not the part of company's customer policy.
Irequest you to kindly get my vehicle repaired as per the rules . My caris still lying in the workshop and i have to run from pillar to post toget the claim.
kindly treat this mail as legal notice and iwill sue the company, local service station, surveyor and his seniorfor mental agony and non performance of contract... The cost oflitigation would also be included in the compensation.
