Hi,
i have a hunadai santo car that was accident last week.
I put my car to hyundai service station and they call the surveyor for survey.
The car was hitted from back side at bumper and at front left door.
The surveyor allowed only work for the left door dent paint.
When the hyundai guy update me this info , i call to reliance surveyor, sandeep dhool and discuss with him,it was not clarify at phone so i ask him to meet at next day.
When we met i show him the car damages by myself at bumper and at the bumper back rail part.
Both were damages .bumper and rail. I show him and describe the accident incident.
Then he become ready to allow the bumper and rail replacemnet along with the front left door dent paint.
But he was allowed the paint for the same damaged buper after the new replacemnet.
I asked him the logic behind this, he told me that there is scratch on your car bumper previous this accident.
After two times survey of car the surveyor made two different cliams, but after that i rejected to take claim from the insurnace policy and his survey and not allowed to work.
Theat was the total harassment and logically not clear.
I am not satisfy with this survey so i want to make a appropriate action against this.
