    Question my medi claim ccn 5285547 pending with mediassistindia mumbai from 6 months

    The detail are as under.
    Ccn ..5285547 polcy..1110 392812100002 holder..jarden consumer solutions mumbai primary beneficiary..nakul vyas claimant.pradeep vyas maid..4008924837'claim filed on 31-8-2010 in mediassist delhi office forwarded to mumbai ooffice. I have contacted following regarding my above stated claim. 1.mediassist delhi mr neeraj kumar 2.mr purshottam and dr shukla of mediassist mumbai 3.head greivance rgicl4 customer care rgicl.it is very sorry state of affair that mediassist and rgicl is just sleeping on my file just to avoid payment of rs 399000.

    Default Complaint against the relinace general insurance surveyor

    Hi,
    i have a hunadai santo car that was accident last week.
    I put my car to hyundai service station and they call the surveyor for survey.
    The car was hitted from back side at bumper and at front left door.
    The surveyor allowed only work for the left door dent paint.
    When the hyundai guy update me this info , i call to reliance surveyor, sandeep dhool and discuss with him,it was not clarify at phone so i ask him to meet at next day.
    When we met i show him the car damages by myself at bumper and at the bumper back rail part.
    Both were damages .bumper and rail. I show him and describe the accident incident.
    Then he become ready to allow the bumper and rail replacemnet along with the front left door dent paint.
    But he was allowed the paint for the same damaged buper after the new replacemnet.
    I asked him the logic behind this, he told me that there is scratch on your car bumper previous this accident.
    After two times survey of car the surveyor made two different cliams, but after that i rejected to take claim from the insurnace policy and his survey and not allowed to work.
    Theat was the total harassment and logically not clear.

    I am not satisfy with this survey so i want to make a appropriate action against this.

    We once again request you to release our claim amount alongwith interest @24% per annum within 7 days time from today.

    If we don’t receive our payment within seven days from today, then we will be forced to go to consumer forum for realization of our payment.

    Exclamation very rude behavior by the senior official

    sir/madam

    I am Nanda kishore.M from hyderabad, im facing a problem since from my last visit to the fucking reliance store at vivekananda nagar , hyderabad, andhra pradesh, ur officials doesn't atleast know how to behave with a customer ,firstly i had called up to the stor for my vehicle insurance , the person probed me in an un official language and threatened me to give him a double amount for the insurance to complete and that fellow after i visited him directly he asked me for Rs.600/- extra in the basis of the miscellaneous and when i asked him why should i pay the more amount, another official named Enos said that vehicle amount is Rs.1365/- and Rs.600/- for refund or something , if this is the correct way to respond , even i can forge a legal complaint on behalf of the company , if u take the complain sincere to your company the problem may be solved else it would reflect as well.

    sir,
    on27/10/2011 i sent consent letter to Mr. Binod Goswami regarding settelment of claim .Then on 3/11/2011 Mr. Binod Goswami sent us mail that our claim will be settled in 10 days. But till today nothing is being done. The same story is repeated from last 40 days. Everytime he told us 2 days 3 days will more take but after that no response we will get from him. Even he is in habit of not picking up our calls. Sir, we are very totally frustrated and irritated by him.Please tell us about our clim status (claim no. 2091142271)

    Dear Sir,I have taken health Insurance policy of Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. Policy No. 1315/702825001025. I have admitted to Kalra Hospital, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015 on Saturday, 20th August 2011 in the evening hours due to Sudden Onset severe headache associated with giddiness nausea and vomitting since 2-3 hrs. I have got treatment from Hospital on my own expenses because there was no TPA available on 20th August 2011. 21st was Sunday and 22nd was Janamashtami. I have discharged from Hospital on 22nd August Janamashtami Day and paid Rs. 28489.00 to the hospital. When I have submitted the claim the Reliance General Insurance has repudiated my claim due to following reason :MEDICINES ADMINISTERED TO THE PATIENT WERE PURCHASED ON 21/08/2011, THOUGH PATIENT WAS ALREADY ADMITTED ON 20/08/2011. NO ACTIVE TREATMENT WAS GIVEN TO THE PATIENT DURING THE HOSPITALIZATION PERIOD. THIS HOSPITALISATION WAS STAGED TO CARRY OUT EXPENSIVE INVESTIGATIONS SUCH AS CT SCAN, EEG ETC, HENCE THE CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE.I do not understand why may claim has been rejected as I have paid Rs. 28489.00 Cash and all the hospital staff including TPA was absent on 20th August 2011 evening to 22nd August 2011 due to Saturday, Sunday and Janamashtami Festival.

    Dear Sir,

    I have taken health Insurance policy of Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. Policy No. 1315/702825001025.     no response received till date after making a no. Of complaints to renew the policy no. 1306702311008326.
    Hyundai gerz gle - last date was 13.09.2011.
    Plez respond.
