    I have taken Mediclaim Policy for my daughter Prajakta Pramod Dandwate and the Policy No. is 1701702825000034. I have received only the photocopy of the policy document but not the original policy document. I have also not received the kit of the policy.

    It is therefore requested to you to please send the above documents at your earliest and do the needful.

    Dear Sir

    Myself Sandeep Tripathi have an insurance of my car with Reliance
    genral insurance co.and I have gone through all required proceedings
    to avail the benifits of the policy .

    But even after 7 months M/S Reliance General Insurance Co. is making
    fool out of me and when ever I make a call to their Toll free number
    to get the updation they say very soon you will get the payment.

    It has been told to me that my cheque of arround Rs 31000/- pending at
    their end for signatures.

    So I would request you to kindly look into this matter and please take
    an action so that I can get my claim amount at its earliest.

    I submitted Origional Hospitalization Documents(Admission Sheet, DischargeCard and Bills of Ayushman Hospital &Trauma centre,hero Honda Chowk,NH-8,Gurgoan(Haryana) alongwith Claim Form Filled to receiving section of Medi Assist India TPA Pvt. Ltd.F-2,Kailash Plaza ,H-252,Sant Nagar,New Delhi-110065 on 11/02/2010 wide register no.21.

    Later Dr.Riaz (M-9310303510 ) of TPA Medi Assist India Pvt.Ltd. F-2,Kailash Plaza ,H-252,Sant Nagar,New Delhi-110065,phone me that name was uncorrect hence we cannot process your claim and he require some more documents.

    I again went to office of TPA Medi Assist India Pvt.Ltd. F-2,Kailash Plaza ,H-252,Sant Nagar,New Delhi-110065,on 05/03/2010 and I have submitted name correction letter made by me on Reliance General Insurance letter head in begining and submit Affidavit as required by Dr.Riaz (M-9310303510 ) . I satisfied Dr.Riaz (M-9310303510 ) with all papers and he told me that now you will get claim in a week.

    I have scan copies all documents sumitted to TPA Medi Assist India Pvt.Ltd. F-2,Kailash Plaza ,H-252,Sant Nagar,New Delhi-110065.The same are herewith attached for your informations.

    I have given several requests to Reliance Health Insurance that I think you person are not interested to settle my claim ,otherwise please manage to return my amount Rs.8075/-premium paid for getting Policy No282510238772 because you are unable to give service to your customer.

    Otherwise i categorically can say that Reliance Health insurance is Chor hai Customer Loot Ta Hai,Customer Loot Ta Hai.

    Thumbs down No response from Reliance general insurance

    I had lodged the complaints twice in your customer care dept. vide complaint number 1224094 & 1233250 but regret to inform you that I haven't received any reply from your side.
    As you are not keen to listen and understand the problem so no option left with me accept to seek justice through legal proceeding.
    Please confirm so that I expedite the process.

    1. i have taken a mediclaim policy from Relience gen. insurance coltd co.for my family (Policy No. 282510374432).

    2. that my doughter Shikha Goel was admitted in a nursing home on 28 .5.2010 for loose motion and pain in abdomen and subsequently discharged on 30.05.2010.

    3. After discharge i duly submitted all the relevent document for reimburshment. on 5/6/2010.

    4. that from that date i sent 3-4 mails for status of my claim but they do have time to reply even a single mail.

    5. that it is there fore expected from you to take necessary action against that insurance co. and settle my claim.

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Reliance General Insurance, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the Status of your reimbursement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Sir I have an maruti Alto LX car, Bearing registration No HR04B-6800, on 17Jan, 2010 I get insurance from Reliance General Insurance Company, Agent name was Anil Kumar from Rohtak, he got me a cover note no *109001298654* after a month ago my car got accident. I take it to city automobile, ambala (garage name) and sent information to toll free no of Reliance General Insurance Co where I got a Complaint No 2101037228. after a long time my claim was not processed when I contacted to company, I shocked to know that my cialm was rejected because company said that You have you have withdrawn your claim. and your moter insurance is forefieted. You are requested to please help me to get justice. on enquiary Company stated that Mr. Amin Kumar, Agent produced an attested affidavit from me , an attested copy of my driving lience ( which was illigally prepared from computer and scanner) You are therefore requested to please tak necessary action in interest of justice.

    Question Non receipt Car Insurance policy documents

    Sir,

    I have been insuring my car for the past three years with reliance general insurance.

    This year also I got my santro Xing car insured thru mobile service RGIL

    I received the policy No thru SMS and assurance from customer care

    that within 15 days I will be getting the original policy document to my home address.

    but till today I have not received my policy document.

    You are requested to clarify the delay and dispatch the document immediately.

    Dear Sir, I wanted to get my existing car insurance renewed through your organisation.Previously it was insured by maruti insurance/national insurance. I approached to L K Motors service centre at chouringee/salanpurNH 2 near Asansol of Burdwan district(West Bengal) As per your authorised agent, Manager L K MOtors collected my car's papers(Photo Copies) viz copies of blue book,tax token, previous insurance ,Address proof etc on 17/3/11.My previos insurance was valid upto 16/3/11 night 24 hrs.Your agent was due to come to my address along with my papers.Till today they neither did come nor returned my papers .will you please inquire my case so that I can know , Why they did not respond to my request -T K Roy
