mine is rather a querry than complaint?
On a dark rainy day the sump under the engine got hit by stone on a dirt track which was genuinely not heard by me as thundering and lightening was happening on a regular intervals. the sump got cracked and oil leaked out slowly. pressure gauge warning was overlooked as attention was more on driving in such condition. next day morning engine cranked with unusual noise, car was towed but workshop gave me a long bill. Can i approach Insurance people???
