Dear sir,
I m mr. prashant nayak,i insured my maruti swift car from relience general insurance co. musheerabad branch ,hyderabad on the date of 11/02/08.
After one month due to some mishappining my car had some damaged.when i go for the claim to branch office, there is no insurance on my car, i spoke with the concerning person, he just told me, let him find & call me back with in two days, & he will take almost fifteen days to find the track record, actually what happen there is one agent in there company who is take care of my policy, when i take the delivery of my car, he was sitting in the showroom, he was doing all the process work & ask me for cash payment but i paid the amount by cheque of rs 13855-/ in the favour of relience general insurance co. & then what he is done my chq was deposited with another customers name & he took the cash from him & put into his pocket & he is doing the same thing with the 4 peoples more,& after this incident, he is missing.
and the person who is sitting in branch off. he is also re-sing his job after my complain.
After that i give all the details one of the branch sales manager he is also told me that i will give u the claim,but he ask me,u just repair ur car with ur cash & submit the bill to me. & this issue is also past the 6 months but there is no solution. so many time i tell him give me ur managers no. but he is ignoring me always .
now there is no insurance on my car.
i m sending u the scan cover note copy of insurance.
pls do the needfull as soon as posible .

after seven days they reply me this email.....
