Respected Sir,
Inspite of my regular request the United India Insurance Co.LTD has yet not paid my claim amount regarding my vehicle repair Maruti Omni Number UP20Q7214(unfortunately hurt by an accident in the end of December 2010).
After completing the formalities by the authorised representatives of the said insurance company, Sardar Motors Bijnor repaired it and submitted Bill No 1433&1434 Dated 22-02-2011 for rupees 54401/= to the United India Insurance Co.Ltd Bijnor.
On dated 13-05-2011 I received a letter from the above company in which they refused to pay the claim amount stating that you have used your vehicle for commercial use instead of Domestic use.
While I have never used the vehicle for commercial purpose as I have no any business with me after my retirement.
Without any proof of commercial use,why they don't explained it at the time of first survey neither to me nor to the Sardar Motors Bijnor ? (who repaired the above vehicle after performing the final formalities by the United India Insurance company).
If they inform me about their doubt before the repair order it was my option to sell the damaged vehicle or to repair on my own expences.
There is no any reality regarding their(false) argument and they don't want to pay my claim amount. They have made a conspiracy to make me fool and swallow the whole amount of the insurance. Kindly look into the gravity of this fraud and order to the insurance company to pay the repair amount as per their T&C of the policy. Thanking you for this trouble
