Hi, My father is having a hyundai i20 asta which was kept under a tree to protect it from sun, but suddenly a big branch of the tree fell down on the car causing the front windshield to crack and a dent on the rear left door. As the car was covered so the tree could not make any big scratch instead it made a big ugly dent with minor scratch. Now when the surveyor came to inspect the car, he accepted the damage for the windshield but he is not accepting the door damage saying that it was not happened due to tree as it is not looking so. Now my question is how can he say so?? Is this correct?, If not then please advice me asap. Regards, harsh
