    Dear Sir \ Madam,

    Kindly go through the trailing mail for the refernce.

    This was send to Mr Aggarwal from IFFCO TOKIO who denied to help me stating that its
    not their mistake, its mistake done by Mr Banu Nair from HERO HONDA FORTPOINT.

    A Legal Notice was sended to both the parties regarding the same, But no one
    bothered to revert Back.

    But then Unneccesary I am suffering between both the parties.
    As if the Agency to issue the Motor Insurance policy is given to HERO HONDA FORPOINT
    by IFFCO TOKIO,,, So they both should mutually understand the issue & try to resolve
    it.

    But over here its me going to both the parties to resolve the issue & they both are
    not doing anything on the same.

    Is this is what you called a service given to a customer ??????

    Mr Banu says that the fraud is made by IFFCO TOKIO & Mr JASPAL from IFFCO TOKIO says
    that its the fraud from HERO HONDA .

    Now where should the Customer go ?????

    Kindly help me with this at the earliest as possible.
    As it's almost more than 7 months I am running to get my Claim .

    This is Prakash Hiranandani customer to Iffco tokio who is suffering from last 2
    months for the mistake of your Department.

    I renewed & transffered the policy from IFFCO-TOKIO on my name on April 16 2008 .

    I had renewed the Policy from Kurla Hero Hona fortpoint outlet.They gave me the
    cover note first & after few days I recevied the Original Policy on the name of
    first party ( Chandan Varjani ) then after 15-20 days later It was Transferrd on my
    name ( Prakash Hiranandani) they gave me Hard copy for the same.

    Now I had a claim under this policy, an survieor was been appoinnted for me Prashant
    Joij
    9821189930. He told me that survey is been done and it is being closed and sended to
    HO.& I will recive the cheque with 10-15 days.

    But now it is almost 2 months I had not recived any cheque.

    When confirmed from you department they told still the policy is on the name of
    first party (chandan Varjani).
    They told that they had given me froad transfferd policy which is made manully.
    When I went to Kurla Hero Honda outlet they told it was your agent who use to come
    at their outlet & gave the policy & they cannot make the policy.

    Dear Mr. Hiranandani

    Pls. send a written complaint to the head office of the Insurance Co. on the name of MD and try to get in writing that some fraud has been done by the agent only. If the Co. provides you in writing that the agent has done the fraud then you can lodge a police complaint for that. But if you got no help from the concerned Co. then you can also approach RBI’s division “Insurance Ombudsman” of your state.

    Cliam Number :-H3/311/74858.
    I Harshil kanakia have registered for claim with all documents as required but til now i have only one status pending that endorsement pending from HO can any one help me solving this issue.
