Dear Sir,

I Satish Kumar Maghan had purchased a car insurance policy no:361100/31/10/6100003272 from National Insurance company against Car Registration No:HR-29-S-1224 Faridabad,Address 5c-1 and 2,BP Railway Road,Neelam Chowk Faridabad,Pin:121001 in the month of September 2010,as my poicy renew every year in September month.
In May 2011, I met with an accident and my car got damaged,as a normal practise I went to Hyundai Company in faridabad to get my car repaired with the help of insurance policy.After one week i.e on 12th May2011 when I went to take my car I came to know that insurance co. had denied to pay the claim of amount Rs.28000 without any reason.
I am knocking the doors of insurance co. but unable to get any response from them.
I am running from pillar to post to get the claim but bounced off from one desk to another on grounds that they are not the concerned persons.
I request your intervention to close this matter.
