Hello,

Car given for servicing at Concorde motors (TATA Subsidiary) is a total loss due to a fire accident within the premises, based on the comprehensive (total) insurance policy policy claim has been raised and is in the process the last couple of months.

Insurer is blaming Concorde motors to indemnify the loss and is just not processing the claim, what should be the next course of action kindly advise.
